Well, personally, I would tell him. He did the same thing to you, so if he doesn't forgive you and gets all pissy over it, he doesn't derserve you. Real couples forgive and forget. Just tell him what happened and how much you regret it. If he has a heart he'll understand and forgive you. And believe me, telling him and getting it off your chest will make you feel better.
