Was this a miscarriage? or not?

so i just had a child 3 months ago, well me and his father had sex after 4 weeks i know i was supposed to wait 6 but whatever, anyways i was put on birth control after we had sex and we didn't use protection (yes i know how pregnancy works and yes we should have used protection) but like a week or two being on my birth Control i started gushing blood i was in pain it hurt like a period but worse i bled for 3 weeks, i have to go in and get a biopsy to see if i have cervical cancer so i was guna wait till then to ask but idk, anyways if you could help that would be great, and please nothing rude this is an upsetting subject for me.
