Is the virus really gone?

if all scanners show clean, then either you've gotten rid of it, or scanners are not seeing it. good change yer clean, just in case i would disable system restore, and reboot and then reenable restore, and if nothing happens make a resotre point. it used to be bugs would hide from scanners in restore. not as much now, but just in case.
