What are my options as a single mother in Southern OR?

Im a young single mother with a 6 month old baby. I had to move back into my parents house recently due to personal relationship problems. Problem is my parents are losing their house in a month, and are in an abusive relationship i do not want to be a part of. I am only getting $400/mo from the state(i started a child support case but that may take a lng time, and father is NOT working) I do not plan on leaving my baby with someone i dont know, and i do not have any family functional enough to help. i know I can get food stamps and sliding scale housing(i want my child to be in a safe position) but are ther ANY other options or help in southern oregon? im desperate to make a safe loving & healthy house for my child while i go to online school, if anyone has any advice-
